Ever have it when...

You want to hear a song, but can't remember what it's called, who wrote it, or what the lyrics are? Well, I find myself in that position. Here's what I know: it's a reggae song by a famous artist, and the "hook" of the song goes "DA da da da daaaaaa, DA da da da duhhhhh". I have had my people looking for this song for years, but they have been fruitless in their search. 10 bucks to anybody who can tell me what song this is.
